So far….good – The iPad comes bubble wrapped in a generic box. There’s no damage, but it was not very well protected….but apparently protected enough. It came with a 10 watt generic charger and cable. The OEM charger is 20 watts. The setup defaulted to Nederland for everything, which is no big deal. Unfortunately, there’s no way to validate the promised 80% battery health or better statement. Unlike iPhone, the iPadOS does not provide a method to check this.

This iPad no longer has the lighting connector! – I decided to buy this new iPad because my older one wasn’t holding up the battery any longer. At first I was a little bit skeptical about buying a refurbished product for fear of how it would look/work. But my budget wasn’t up for buying a brand new one either lol So I gave this one a chance knowing that if something went wrong Amazon would happily help me with either a refund or exchange

Perfect – The iPad came in a solid, generic box, wrapped up like a new device. There are absolutely no scratches or blemishes on it. Best of all, using iMazing to test the battery, like another user stated, there was only one charge cycle in its history and the battery health was 100%. I’m guessing it got a new battery when refurbished.

Fue una buena compra, te cuento – Actualice mi iPad pro del 2017 la cual compre refurbished a principios de 2018 (nunca tuve problemas con ella) y renuevo con está del 2021 con procesador M1 refurbished, llegó muy rápido el pedido, las condiciones indicaban aceptable, la pantalla tiene un ligero rayón casi imperceptible que al colocarle un vidrio templado desapareció por completo, la parte trasera tenía una líneas también (pareciese que se le cayó a alguien y se deslizó un poco, nada lamentable) compre una carcaza con Smart cover y problema resuelto, el vendedor indica que la batería puede tener una condición de 80% (esto en iPads puede verse con un programa en la PC) está que compre tiene una calidad de 98% más que aceptable. La verdad una buena compra.

Great iPad, decent but degraded battery – I won’t focus on the iPad Pro – this is the iPad Pro and I love the product. The price was great in my mind. The battery, however, seems to be at around 80% capacity based on some apps that I downloaded to test the battery. This is within the limits of what was guaranteed, and is reasonably good, but it does somewhat detract from the life of the product, and will make it slightly harder to travel with the iPad (because the battery might run out on long days of traveling by plane, etc.).

Works well, but is too heavy to use while holding – Electronically it works pretty well. I did have one time when parts of the screen acted up. But turning it off and back on fixed it. Biggest problem is that it is too heavy to hold-at least it is too heavy to hold in your hand for any length of time.
