It arrived in great packaging and that’s always a plus. Comes with windows 10 already installed and connecting your Microsoft account is a breeze. The windows update is confirmed as I am upgrading as I write this. The display is fantastic and very vivid. The charge time is quick and it doesn’t get hot like most do. Even while using it on charge. It’s slim design is perfect for any backpack allowing for extra room inside your bag. The charger is long enough and doesn’t have the annoying brick in the middle like other laptop chargers. Keyboard response time is very fast and not lagging at all. Honestly the only thing missing is touchscreen but the built in mouse pad is very responsive making it just as easy to navigate. Would definitely purchase again or give as a gift. You won’t regret this purchase, guaranteed.
