Great Product – I actually got the MacBook a day early, which was a nice surprise. So far, after playing around on it for a while, I don’t see any issues with it. I’d say its in great condition and I am very very happy with the product. Bought for a gift – The description said excellent condition therefore it would be no deep marks or scratches. I ordered two. One has just some buffs on it but the other had a deep scratch and highly noticeable scratches on top. The charging blocks look like have seen better days. I will update once they have been used to give a accurate status on the life of them. But if your going for looks order a case before u gift it.

Exactly as described – The laptop itself was basically perfect, the only issue is that the charger that came with it was broken on arrival, not a big deal for me as I have a separate charger that works, the laptop was in almost perfect condition with only a few minor scrapes on the metal body, the screen was good, and battery was perfect only 300 charger cycles total.

It’s alright… – I bought this computer to start coding and for general use. When I received the computer, the laptop looked like it had been dropped in its previous life because there was some noticeable dents on the case in each corner. When I opened up the computer and turned the screen on, there was some pixels on the screen that looked off and we’re brighter than the rest of the screen, almost like a sticker had been on the screen and when they ripped the sticker off, the outline was made on the pixels. This issue was fixed using a mat screen protector. The dents on the laptop were also able to be hidden using a case. The actual computer system works flawlessly and everything works great. One major issue was the battery life. The computer would last about an hour and a half from 100% down to 20% and this was just from web browsing. I was able to find a solution online to this issue and it seems to have fixed the problem, now it will last probably around 5 hours from 100% down to 20% but at the end of the day, you get what you paid for. These issues haven’t been so bad to the point where I would return it but just know to expect these kind of issues especially when buying refurbished and not brand new.

It’s ok but expected better – The apple logo isn’t perfect, scratches and not token care of properly, it doesn’t look brand new, scratches on camera, so basically it just looks like I’ve used it for a year when I just got it yesterday, it’s harder for me to open my MacBook with that black thing chipping off, it’s worth the price but if an item is supposed to be looking like brand new, make it look brand new because I’m probably gonna have to take it to Apple because of the scratches.
