Product Review – I really like the fact that serial numbers where readily available on the boxes. So far seems to be working well for us. No issues from our IT department. Looked like they were in great shape for refurbished. Hope to use again in the future.

very disappointing – I purchased this Ipad and after setting it up and writing down my passcode and setting up my thumb recognition, it seemed like everything was fine. But as soon as I tried to get into the Ipad a second time, it no longer recognized the thumb print nor the passcode. So the Ipad is unusable. It won’t open for me. In order to return it, you have to be able to open it to remove the passcode and Apple ID that were set up during the initial set up. That is impossible since I can’t open it again. So in essence I have an unuseable Ipad that I cannot return and jemjem (the seller) is particularly unhelpful since they just want it back without the passcode and Apple ID on it. How convenient for them to sell you something they know you can’t return. I bought from Amazon specifically so that I could return in the event it didn’t work. If I were you, I would stay far away from jemjem as a seller and I would think twice before buying electronics from Amazon because the return policy is not what it seems.
