      Support never call back – Have a problem when 1st arrived and call 3 times to support leave 2 time voice message , Never get any phone call back at all .

      Great product, charger doesn’t work – The iPad itself is great, but the knockoff charger that came with it doesn’t work. Will have to purchase a replacement charger.

      Practically New – I purchased an Amazon Renewed 2020 iPad Pro 12.9”. It arrived in excellent condition. I could not find any cosmetic imperfections. I only have two minor complaints. The first is that the aftermarket power adapter and charging cable did not work properly. I was sent a new one that was worse than the first. I was given a partial refund which was satisfactory to me. I bought a genuine apple power adapter and charging cable. Charging my iPad now works perfectly. The second complaint is that the iPad discharged the battery rapidly when I wasn’t even using it. For example it had about 80% battery life when I went to bed. The next day around 3pm it was down to 19% without me ever touching it over that time period. This was after I had already tried troubleshooting by turning off background refresh and location services and doing a factory reset for the software. I took it to the Apple store. Everything checked out. The iPad meets all the advertised requirements. The Genius Bar dude wiped my iPad software and installed a “known good” version of the latest software. Battery life is better but still not great. The battery had a total of 13 cycles. Which means it was likely always plugged into a charger by the previous owner. Batteries don’t like this. I learned this the hard way with my MacBook. While my battery shows it is in good health it is very probable that it is discharging faster due to it being somewhat compromised. That was a lot of details. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. Even if I had to spend $130 for a new battery I feel I still saved enough money to justify buying Amazon Renewed VS New.

      Bad Sceen went in and out –  I powered on the ipad and was just testing it out then the screen turned black and had white lines on it . Rebooted the device and it happened 6 mins later. Seller allowed a return no problem. I hope this was just 1 bad ipad, but they need to do better testing with used items.
