Not very good – I bought this product because it was significantly less than a new one. I now understand why. The screen during videos or the welcome screen has lines through it, sometimes much worse than others. The keys are the worst part. Either you hit them and they type 2-3 letters or you have to hit them aggressively to get them to type one. I wouldn’t buy this product again. For something that was 1000$ refurbished or not it should be of much better quality.
