Not what I was expecting! – I really like the laptop but the n key is a Lil stiff. And I didn’t know that this product was a pre-owned.and I also thought the laptop I ordered was going to be a New one and not pre-owned!

Seems to require continuous plug-in – The machine shuts down, no battery left, after 2 hours of use, not being plugged in, after a full charge. So it doesn’t really suit the purpose.

Lots of small things broken – At first when I got the computer it seemed completely fine. But then i noticed a few things were damaged such as the rim of the computer being loose or coming off, the headphone jack working only for the right hear (i tried all of my headphone with this and they all work fine on my other devices), and the computer shutting down when its only at 30%. Along with the rim on the computer slightly coming off in areas, there seems to be marks like a cute or something that’s on it too.

great starter Chromebook – Arrived fully charged (which I didn’t expect), packed in a tightly fitting air-filled pouch. It had the included thumb drive, a charger and instructions from the vendor on how to return if necessary, and how to leave product reviews. There were no instructions, or a manual, which was no surprise, this being a refurb. I purchased this as an inexpensive upgrade for an old Android tablet that was too small for my needs; not enough room to keep the stuff I want. The tablet took about an hour to get all the stuff I wanted loaded on it, and it seems to be working great so far. Setup was simple, and being fully charged on arrival helped with lessening the feeling of time crunch. You know: the feeling the app won’t load before you run out of battery. There was none of that. My earbuds paired and connected with no drama, and it’s great having an integral keyboard instead of a Bluetooth one. Both touchscreen and touchpad cursor control are available, for whatever floats your boat. I personally suffer from fat finger syndrome, and use a mouse a lot, and that works too.

Unit not delivered as advertised. – Unit not delivered as advertised, actually had 32GB storage space in stead of the 16 GB advertised, but the battery did not last even 1 hour before needing a recharge. … after a fresh charge the battery lasts more as expected, loosing only 25% after 2 hrs of you tube.

It was to go along with my wife’s birthday present a keyboard and simply piano. We are in our 70’s and need to keep our old heads working. The unit lags badly during lessons and is not able to keep up.
