Great Product, Handy Laptop – Great product, a very handy laptop with 2 in 1 option. lightweight, sharp graphics, and good battery life. Powered with Intel Core i5, I bought it for my son for his school work, he is really happy. he like it better than his Lenovo Ideapad 3, which comes with a touch screen, overall 9.8/10

This laptop is overheating in fifteen minutes after powered on. – The laptop is constantly overheating. As a long standing customer of Amazon I am very disappointed with this purchase. I also paid for a warranty. I have waisted my money with this purchase. Never again.

2in1 hinge broke after 1 month – I have bought Dell laptops for over 20 years. Only problems I have had are related to broken hinges. 1st one lasted over 5 years, Inspiron 15, broke and was easily replaced DIY; 2nd one broke after 5 years, Inspiron 13 2in1, fatally damaged screen motherboard connection trying to replace the hinges; 3rd one, this one Inspiron 7000 13.3″ 2in1, hinge broke after 6 weeks, just outside Amazon return window, and outside 3rd party seller window (never buy anything from Amazon 3rd party sellers – they do not stand behind their products). Still trying to get warranty replacement…. not an easy process outside the return window, even with Amazon, maybe because of 3rd party seller?
