During setup I noticed there was far less bloatware than on other brands I worked on. My only regret is not getting an optical drive, but I knew that when I ordered and you can purchase an external one separate if needed.

bad wifi connectivity – i bought this computer to replace my old asus from 2013 which was begining to have issues requiring it to be restarted all the time. It worked decent at 1st, jujst because I wasnt having to restart it. But it just never had the internet speed of my old laptop. I have been dealing with my internet provider for the last 3 months about this issue, bought a new router…nothing worked. I hooked my old computer back up and the speed has more than tripled! very disappointed in a $850 computer with all the new crap in it to have such a problem…now Im stuck with it
