HP Laptop in excellent physical condition. Sadly,100% didn’t function/faulty, returned to Amazon! – HP Laptop in excellent physical condition. Unfortunately, sadly,100% didn’t function/faulty, returned to Amazon!! We spent more than 3.75 hours trying to start laptop and connect to our home internet provider Verizon. After speaking by phone to both our ISP provider, Verizon and Amazon Technical Support for over 3.75 hours trying to connect to our home internet network, we couldn’t get past the 2nd screen. Gave up in total frustration trying and resigned to returning the faulty HP Laptop!! Upsetting & frustrating experience to say the least!!

Decent Laptop – This was not listed as refurbished, but it was. I should have figured based on the price, but it is what it is. This laptop is great for the price. Use it daily without any issues for data processing, Word, Excel, email and web browsing.

INEXPENSIVE BUT NOT CHEAP – Perfect for what I needed. I don’t know anything about gaming on it because I do not play games. As far as a computer, it is fantastic. Very lightweight, fast, and has a great picture. It is not a touch screen, but I don’t really need a touchscreen. Perfect for work. Fast internet. Sound is just o.k. but for the price I have no complaints at all.

Slow as HELL – If this is the HP Flagship,I would hate to see the Lifeboat.It is almost as if my input in english is transfered to China,then put back into english,and it goes through the battery in +- 80 mins.I hope that the new battery that I ordered will be OK.And the Keyboard is very hard to see,there is no contrast on the letters and numbers.Who was the Sucker,,,,Little Old Me..
