Great customer service – The laptop works great, has a good battery life, bought it for school and it does everything I need it to. Were that all, it would be 4 stars. The 5th comes from their customer service. Like an idiot, I didn’t even take all the components out of the box before reaching out to them and they got back to me within an hour or two holding my hand and guiding me to the charger in the small brown box. I feel like a moron, but they’re great! Genuinely 5 stars
