Piece of junk – This computer is terrible. I bought it to replace a laptop I purchased 8 years ago. The new one has terrible picture quality and resolution, it’s noisy and always sounds like it running hard, the camera quality sucks for zoom meetings, and the keyboard is not lit so you can’t see the keys at night or early in the morning. Overall low quality overpriced piece crap.

If you need speed and efficiency and under $700 – this outperforms my last one by leaps and bounds. – This new laptop is screamingly fast! Love the new format, the screen is great, it’s terrific. My last HP laptop was wonderful for 4 years and then the keyboard started separating from the base for no reason. Things started going very badly. Went through withdrawal, then looked at all my options. Bought this new one keeping just in my budget and had to give up a couple of things (lighted keyboard and DVD/CD R & W. But I gained so much with speed and efficiency, lightweight, easier running system and like I said…SPEED!

Battery life is laughable – Got this on a whim because I needed a laptop quickly, the battery life is actually laughable. After 2 hours of use you’re well past 50% battery life not suitable for working from a computer or doing school work honestly. Best thing about this laptop is the storage and the touch screen ability other than that I’d keep looking.
