Great value for money – Love this laptop so much. It has a nice size screen, the picture is gorgeous and the laptop itself is very light, looks great, and the illuminated keyboard looks sharp. My favorite thing is that the laptop does NOT come with a bunch of pre-installed bloatware like HP or Dell that I’ve purchased in the past. Very satisfied with the purchase. Ok…When it works. – The first one I bought from this seller arrived with the screen damaged. Box undamaged so it was sent broken. A real pain to get them to replace it. Second one is nice and I would like it but it just randomly shuts off frequently. Have tried seeing if it’s overheating and consulted my computer programmer brother but it seems this computer is just trash. I really wanted to like it. The features are cool. It’s lightweight. It just turns off and won’t turn back on for a while frequently when is use. Very frustrating. Wish I had returned it before I put all my stuff on it and tried to fix it.

c port DOES NOT support a monitor – I was enjoying using my lap top. It does not lag and has a lot of memory. Then I tried to connect it to my docking station and the C port does not support and additional monitor it is only for data transfer.
