Runs great so far… – So far, I am very satisfied with this laptop. I bought it because I needed a DVD drive and wanted this version of Windows. I was concerned about the processor but the additional memory has made up for any possible performance issues. One thing I really like– it is not loaded down with trial or vendor value-add software.

TERRIBLE!!! – Less than 1 year old. Back starting detaching and is now hanging by a couple exposed wires. So disappointed in quality!!! So cheap and was not used that often. So very upset because I read the reviews on several computers before buying.

Good choice – Quick delivery,accurate description of product. Has everything I was looking for in home use laptop including ODD. Initial setup was easy. I will be adding some software(Gimp)… Battery life @midrange use setting is 9+ hrs. Currently at 60% which translates to 6hrs. Great for work /school on the go. Screen can be hard to see when watching movie/gaming depending on back lighting in room and screen angle view. Side speekers are clear /loud. Mouse pad takes some getting used to but not bad.

Not Happy – This product was advertised as new and when I received it I had issues. It won’t let me add my email account and won’t do a few other things. I called Dell support and the ran the laptop to find out that 290 days prior it was purchased and registered to another person!!!! Why lie in the ADD???? Im PISSED!
