Compact and easy to use. – It works great for the program’s I intended to use it for. I’m glad I purchased it.

dead battery – i loved the fact that it was so cheap but unfortunately it came with a dead battery.

This 2022 Model ONLY had Chrome update until June 2024, it’s really a 2020 model per HP – I just got my delivery of this Chromebook this morning. Setup only took only minutes which is great BUT I checked the settings and shows Automatic Updates expire June 2024. If this was truely a 2022 Newest Model the updates should be ALOT longer than 2 years. I do not recommend this device if you have plans to make sure it gets the proper security updates for many years. I contacted Amazon, The rep called HP with me on phone too and HP verified this is a 2020 model. I wrote seller to let them know and they wrote back that the best they could do was offer 10% off. I declined and within 15 minutes I was on my way to sent it back. Refund already posted!

it wont connect. – i so dislike this computer here it is april 24th the return window closed april 4th , i bought it for my mom, and she told me it wont connection i have 100% great signal so the Chromebook is just broke. the fact i cant return it is bs.

Great product Great value Great Price – I am starting school and I purchased this laptop for that purpose. It is a beautiful design. The keyboard layout is fantastic. The power button is integrated into the top row. And I love the chiclet keyboard style with the number pad. The 16GB memory and double hard drives both ssd and hdd give me peace of mind to both storage processing and longevity as I work in data analytics. I love the 17 inch screen. It is surprisingly light compared to my old Lenovo workstation with the same screen size. I highly recommend this product for the price.
