      Reliability of the products I purchase. – I am very disappointed with the product as I am already having problems despite the product being brand new. The product is indicating that it needs to be repaired. As a result I will be returning the product for a full refund.

      Poor keyboard design – Not a touch typist so unless the keyboard is sloped at least 39.3 degrees the itty bitty very thin, very light markings on each key makes the laptop useless for typing.
