It does’t work! – It gets stuck on the services or when trying to set it up. Put in the serial number for warranty assistance and it states that the warranty is expired.

PERFECT!!!!!! – Received JUST what I ordered and expected!!! NEW, Lightweight, good battery life, & fast. I needed this only for basic things I get annoyed doing on my phone… Job meetings, forms, etc. I bought the Windows 10 but I received Windows 11!!! Had to take out of S mode, but a simple Google search and I was able to remove S mode easily. VERY HAPPY I decided to purchase this computer!!!

Switched to windows from apple – From someone switching from Apple Mac book air to windows lap top this I have to say was so easy to set up, I changed all my privacy settings set up an outlook email to log in, and all you need to do is log into iCloud to get anything you need. Touch screen is surprisingly very responsive on, I will however miss getting texts and calls on my laptop but then again it’s nice not to have the distraction since I intend to use this for online schooling. Make sure you switch out of S mode when setting up and updating, that way you can access and download more apps. great low cost alternative to a MacBook and I love the rose gold color.
