Great size! – Great size. Clear graphics. Easy to set up. Love that it comes with the keyboard, mouse, and stylus. The protective case could be a little more sturdy and could be combined with the keyboard.

Volume issues! The volume turns off while watching videos and listening to music – Can’t watch videos or play Amazon music without the sound turning off. So annoyed.

I really tried to like it but… – It is good size, it feels solid build, have above slightly above average speakers (and they gave me the feeling they would fail at any time). It came with many accessories and I believe it shouldn’t. The tablet itself is better build than most of those you will find in Amazon with that said all the included accessories make it feel REALLY CHEAP. Instead of free accessories (super low quality accessories) the tablet could have benefited from more Os polishing. It is a very nice panel and colors look vibrant, but then it comes with this (really cheap) matte screen protector that instead of helping make the product look nice it makes the display looks faded. The Os (operating system) seems to lag when touching the screen. The sad thing is that when you type it detects all the keys but it is just not optimized to catch up with the animations (and yes I did turn off animations to see if it would improve) nothing I did made it perform better.It detected and ran on my 5g Wi-Fi network but even then when I tried to watch YouTube it defaulted to 480p resolution making me have to go thru YouTube settings to adjust the resolution. Which brings me to the speakers while the display and colors improved then watching shows or playing games you could hear a slightly popping sound coming from the speakers. All these seem software optimization issues that don’t seem to come from cheap hardware. I would like to see software optimizations to improve the quality of life using the tablet itself. As for the accessories it feels like they went thru a newborns story bin and grabbed the ones that could work with the tablet itself. None of them are good build…the mouse even rattles. I know this is a harsh review but focusing on the pad software will make this an awesome product to own, leave the cheaply made accessories for us to buy at a later time. If you polish the OS you will have a solid product.
