Fast, fun, great! – I bought this for my home gaming (etc) laptop. I play a lot of Steam games and particularly enjoy the Elder Scrolls/Skyrim games. This handles them with EASE. There is almost no wait between fast travel or moving in and out of doors. After playing on my PS3 for so long and being able to play a game of solitaire on my phone while waiting for fast travel or entering Breezehome or whatever, this is magnificent. The graphics are great and everything just loads so fast.

Poor, audio from speakers – Update, after returning the laptop, we were shocked to find out that it’s going to take much longer than necessary for the device to be refunded. The device was received by the seller less than a week. After it was shipped back, we packed it better than it was shipped, and restored it to its earlier, defaults, and still we have not received our money as of this date, which is 21 October. They received the device on Tuesday the 18th. This is not good customer service on their part. It’s even more ridiculous when you consider that my husband purchased a computer from them of the same brand and type because we felt this was not their fault but the fault of some quirk in the audio situation and still we are being delayed in getting the return of our money. I find this reprehensible on the part of the seller. Please do not purchase from the seller, unless their customer service improves dramatically. My earlier review was changed from three to a one because of this.

Acer Laptop – I really like my Acer laptop. However, I have one problem. The USB port on the right side feels very tight and as if I am going to break the USB piece I am putting in. I am trying to figure out how to contact the company to see about this. Otherwise no problems so far and works as well as I expected.

Amazing laptop. Loving it! – I admit, I do not use this for gaming but my husband does. For me, I write and edit for hours. Battery lasts me a lot longer than it does for gaming. This computer is fast, handles dictation software well, also handles lots of tasks opened at once with ease. Photoshop is excellent on this computer. I love how sleek the design is and the backlit keyboard. It’s so comfortable and easy to type on I can go super fast and my hands don’t hurt at all. Also the cooling system is awesome, never gets hot like my old laptop. Overall, amazing laptop and I love it.

battery life is terrible – keyboard wouldn’t stay lit. after windows 11 boots keyboard backlight shuts off. spent hours on the phone with customer service. cant fix it. downgraded to windows 10 problem solved. charger wire broke first week and battery life is horrible. I wouldn’t buy this again. runs extremely hot during game play. I doubt it is gonna last
