      Alexa no funciona – No se si es que tengo que hacer algo en específico, pero ni siquiera abre la app. Cuando voy a configuración de apps Alexa está en 00. Alguien podría ayudarme?

      Track pad quit working after a couple weeks – Overall I think the acer laptop is a good value for my purposes, streaming and general internet surfing. Track pad quit working after a couple weeks though.

      Great computer!! –  The computer works great for me and it’s fast but I had to get out of s-mode which seemed to make the Wi-Fi slow at first but it got better. The fingerprint sensor is great and works well and I love how the keyboard lights up only when you start typing but you can always turn it off if you don’t want the keyboard lit up . Everything works great with windows 11 as well so I’m glad I bought it.

      nice laptop – The laptop was a really good price since it is a renewed item. I figured since it only has 128Gb drive I would add an additional SSD and there is a bay inside the laptop to accommodate one. The listing says that everything is included but they don’t include the HDD kit to add the HDD. Didn’t find out until after I received the laptop. I contacted the seller and they provided the kit free but, found out they don’t send it out with the laptop. Don’t know it you can request it when you place the order or not. That is the reason I gave only 3 stars.

      Ojo con lo que le prometen – Cuando la compre me dijeron que luego me mandaban el cable para adicionar el ssd, supuestamente lo mandarían luego de que me llegara la orden, cuando llego me dijeron que mi compra no cubría eso porque era refurbished, otra cosa obligado hay que agregar mas ram, unos 30 dólares mas y ya que con 4 la laptop es pésima, si mejora mucho con 8 gb adicionales, no esperen un producto bonito, por el precio está bien

      Great for the price – I haven’t gotten to mess around with this much since purchasing…but the little I have, it seems to be a great laptop…visual quality is good and I love having a number pad to the right like a desktop keyboard would…I’m a number cruncher lol
