Looks brand new and performs flawlessly – So far so good. This Chromebook Spin came double-boxed, with an Acer card inside, and still had factory stickers and protectors on it. To all appearances it’s never been used.

Problems Recognizing Mini-SD Card – Product arrived without any physical blemishes – and for the most part, operated as expected. The main problem was its inability to recognize multiple San Disk SD cards (new and old) without having to eject the card each time the screen went to sleep… mostly, it had problems loading music files (for play) off of SD card – had to re-initiate the process each time I wanted to listen to my songs – tried multiple music apps from Google Play.

This is my second spin 311 Granddaughter kept the 1st – It is a great size, with great form and function. My granddaughter loves roblox and the HP chromebook (bigger, and also touch screen) was ‘too laggy’ , but this one is not. Battery lasts and it keeps going.
