Should’ve bought sooner – Great tablet/laptop. Enjoy writing and using apps like YouTube and streaming apps. This is so light weight and easy to take around with you but still a good decent size with the screen. When I received the product it came on time. The only downfall I have noticed is it doesn’t have the best of cameras but knowing all what it does that still doesn’t cloud my judgment on it. I would recommend this product to anyone!

Great for my needs – I had a full size laptop, complete with some sort of fancy graphics mumbo jumbo, and a DVD drive, so on and so forth. That battery life was about 45 minutes. I have yet to reach a low battery warning on this device, with 10 hours use. Mind you, I am not a gamer. I use the internet and occasionally stream movies or shows.

Love it!!! – I really love this computer. I like the lightweight, smaller size. I use it mostly for internet and email and am finding no lag at all when I have several tabs open. The battery life is awesome. The volume and sound are not bad at all for what it is.

good seller bad buttons – Its good……., but the buttons have already broke off keep out of reach of kids. buttons come off easy in broke off. t’s not Acer fault really but in wasn’t like the kids was rough housing it. but besides that it also depends on the price. I would ‘look for a certified refurbished instead of new one.

Computer Battery died within 7 months. Waste of money – We brought two of Avery Chromebook 311 Spin CP311 First week Dec 2020. As of the last week of July 2021 both computer batteries died within 5 days of each other. We thought it might been both charger. So we purchased new chargers. Both chargers worked on one computer but only if it was on the charger for more than 7 hours. A computer Tech said both Batteries are completely dead. This battery is not replaceable thru ACER you have to order online and they ship from oversee. It will take1.5 months to receive a battery. Battery cost $89. Do not buy.
