Overheats a lot, look on YouTube for a solution because there is one. – It’s been about 3 months since I bought this laptop. It runs games smoother than anything I have ever had, so I am pretty happy with it. I hardly even touch my Xbox anymore. One issue I do have with it though is that it overheats very easily. I found a workaround online and it seemed to dial back the overheating a bit but it still gets pretty hot. It has a ton of great features I’ve never seen on a laptop before, like setting the battery to discharge to 80% while on the charger to improve battery life. Which is think is pretty awesome. The charger goes into the back instead of the side, which I thought was stupid. And there aren’t really any good side fans so playing with it on your lap is a bad idea unless you like getting burned. I don’t like the mouse touchpad, because the buttons are built in the pad and not separate buttons, so it is really hard to know where to press when you want to click. Easy fix though, bought a wireless mouse. I usually keep it hooked up to the tv and use a wireless mouse and keyboard, which is awesome to be able to do. I can definitely say that I am a PC gamer now. All in all, there are a few things that I didnt like about it but I am overall very satisfied. Not sure if I would recommend this particular laptop, but if you already bought it don’t worry it’s a great gaming PC for the money and aside from some minor issues it runs great with some additions like a desk and an external mouse. If you haven’t already bought it, I suggest you keep looking and don’t be afraid to read the 1 star reviews on anything you’re gonna buy. I give 4 stars because I am mostly happy with it, but could have kept looking and found something better.
