Dell Software Support Warranty terrible. – I generally build my own systems except laptops, but this time I wanted an Alienware (like buying a Vette) so did my home work and found the best bang for the buck, the R14 for me. Amazon had a great price on my choice and was delivered within a week. After opening the box and taking stock, I was ready to rock. First thing I noticed was the system was slow and stuttering even with a RTX 3080 installed.

Great PC/Handles anything!! – Overall great PC. Don’t really notice the fans. My only issue is I’ve had it about six months and the liquid cooler just went out. On the other hand, support has been great. They couldn’t find the right cooler for my unit so I have to send the whole unit back which is a little bit of a pain, but the customer service has been great. Would definitely recommend to anybody!!

Great for gaming – If your worried about cooling and your buying this for gaming don’t worry buy the computer you will be happy. I was worried about cooling too. After I purchased, i starting reading reviews and i was like ohh maybe this ain’t it. I came to terms if it didn’t cool good I was just going to return it or get a case a motherboard a psu, move everything over and go on with my life. But I ran Microsoft flight sim 2020 for 4 hours straight in ULTRA at 3440×1440 i got GPU TEMPS of 62c and 65c not bad the fans where not that loud you can hear them but nothing jet engine like . Again Microsoft flight simulator is a taxing game and I’m sure if it can run that without hitting 80c it can run pretty much anything . Now as far as using this for rendering I can see where the cooking issues could happen because of the limitations of the case the AIO and just not enough fans or room for airflow . Hope this review helps anyone that’s on the fence. If you get this on sale is a good buy. I priced all the parts and it was going to be a little more to build it .

This unit runs MW2 (2022) Squad and Ready or Not with zero issues. I personally upgraded the RAM but otherwise the system is setup very well.
