Laptop looks BRAND NEW in amazingly perfect condition w/out a mark on it and is lighting fast – Excellent excellent product!!! The MacBook I received was in PERFECT condition without a single scratch on it when it arrived. It looks and performs like it’s brand new, u cannot tell it is certified pre owned. Not only was the price ($830/$882 shipped via UPS 2 say air included) extremely reasonable for a 2018 MacBook Pro retina w/ a touchbar (which is awesome) with an Intel i5 dual-core 3.1GHz CPU with INTEL Iris plus 655 graphics card, 16GB 2133MHz LPDDR3 memory along with a 256GB SSD (Solid State Drive) making the computer lighting fast with zero loading times, boots up in under 20 seconds and I’ve upgraded from Mohave to MacOS Big Sur the day it arrived.

Worth it! – I love my new MacBook. The only thing is the charger does not work. I spent $50 on a new charger. So that was the only downside, but so far everything is good. If you do decide to buy, which I recommend, just buy a charger as well. Also came 3 days early!

My Review – So far this is a great product for a MacBook that’s been refurbished and for a good price! I do enjoy it and can’t wait for when school starts to use this more often. It’s pretty much the reason why I bought this laptop. However I was disappointed that it wasn’t 2019 (like it had said in the description). Instead I got the 2017 MacBook and I would think that it would’ve came with a quick start guide book, but it didn’t.

Pleasantly surprised – I have had a MacBook since 2011. My old one just died and I searched for a new one. This one was the most economical although I was hesitant to get one refurbished. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it works and how easy it was to program without the use of my old computer. The computer arrived within the timeframe quoted, in fact, at the early end. I would recommend this company and the quality of their work.
