Poor customer service. – Arrived quickly, worked great at first. When we went to update the computer for a new hire, we rebooted and installed the new operating system. We are now prompted for an Appian Corporation login with remote access and can no longer use this machine. When we contact the company, they said – ‘Sorry, outside of a 90 day warranty.’ While I completely understand the warranty, I think it’s poor service that they are unwilling to help when clearly this refurbished machine was not properly set up prior to selling to us.

Good machine but arrived dirty – The machine arrived in good working order. Has a few cosmetic scratches, but no big deal. The description says it comes loaded with OS X Sierra, but it had Mojave instead. Didn’t really matter because I upgraded to Monterey anyway. The drive is formatted in APFS, so that was no problem. It came with a power supply, but not the extension cable for the supply. Fortunately I have a spare and they’re interchangeable.
