perfect for my 7 year old – I hardly write reviews but this is a quality product, packaged great and the computer runs great. This is perfect for virtual school for my 7 year old. Came with Mojave and I updated to Catalina with no issues. Highly recommend !!

Sent me wrong model – I ordered a late iMac 2013 and specifically requested the SSD model as I knew a HDD model would be slow. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong model and I had already brought the iMac back on the plane to the Cayman Islands and was unable to return it. I am now stuck with a iMac 2013 with 1TB HDD. I got a $50 refund… which really doesn’t help me one bit. The iMac itself is fine and in good condition however it is super slow. I would highly recommend you steer clear of any of the HDD models on these older macs and stick to a SSD version.

Out of date OS – A great value verses a new Mac. My only complaint is that it had a seriously out of date OS on it. Lucky for me Apple IOS is free. It just took most of the weekend to download and install. Other than that, no complaint. A 3 on ease of use, because my time machine external hard drive would not communicate with the older OS. This was free to fix, but delayed my being able to use it for a couple of more days.

Machine didn’t work ! Never again will I waste my time on refurbished I’d rather do without . – All I received from tech was a sorry and here’s the shipping label. The machine was junk. Never worked and created a big hassle for me. Not happy! And still waiting for a refund!

I love it. – To be honest I was afraid and was projecting the worst after reading the reviews and the price I paid. I am happy to say I was wrong! The only complaint is the keyboard and the mouse but I can just buy an Apple one sooner than later.
