I’m pleased so far – This is the first time I have ever purchased a renewed product. I was a little skeptical but I have been pleased so far. The computer came packaged in a very secure ridged bubble pack that was protective but easy to open. The computer itself showed no signs of wear. The mini keyboard and mouse were included. I upgraded to the 32GB of Ram. A few lessons I had to learn: 1) When I turned the computer on the mouse icon and the opening menu were frozen and the wireless keyboard and mouse would not work because they run on bluetooth and I had no way to pair them together. Fortunately, I was able to plug in my Logitech wired mouse and keyboard and they worked instantly so I was able to pair up the apple keyboard and mouse. 2) The iMac came loaded with Catalina which wouldn’t run my music programs but I was able to quickly upgrade to Big Sur which solved the problems 3) The keyboard didn’t have the”#’s” key but in my ignorance I didn’t realise that the keyboard can be changed for different locations. I discovered that this keyboard was set to “Britain.” but it was easily set to “United States”. (Thanks YouTube). I use two different printers but for some reason I was never able to hook my Mac Book Pro wirelessly to my Epson Artisan 1430 printer but this computer paired right up as soon as I downloaded the drivers. I love the 27″ screen. I’m very happy with this purchase so far.

Cord caught fire 7mos later – The computer was not the model advertised (this model showed eligible for Monterey, but this one wouldn’t install it), but most importantly after less than eight months the CORD CAUGHT FIRE.
