Great value for the price – Got two of these for business use. Both came in very good condition and perform as expected. One of them came with an actual Apple Magic mouse and keyboard, the other came with 3rd party mouse and keyboard but I’m still happy. No known problems when my team used these, and I personally used one of them at home during the last couple months and had no complaints. About to buy a 3rd!

iOS Catalina will not run current apps. – This is a beautiful iMac but terribly impractical since it will not run current applications such as iMovie or any of the Apple development apps. No way to upgrade past Catalina, I wish I had known before I had ordered.

Refurbished but Fantastic! – I have been waiting awhile to upgrade from MacMini to the IMac. Wish I could have done it sooner, but all Mac users know it’s not inexpensive. Having said that, it is worth waiting for and worth the money. I bought a refurbished one and there is nothing negative that stands out. Like all Macs, you plug it in and you’re pretty much ready to go. I use my Mac for everyday stuff but I also use it for making videos so need a lot of memory. Even though this computer is several years old and refurbished, I could not be more pleased with its super fast processing and amazing 27” screen which is so incredible you feel like you could jump in! This computer came with an apple mouse which I connect thru the included keyboard. It was also very well packed. I have all my files backed up just in case but fingers crossed this IMac continues to be my workhorse till I’m ready for another!
