    Great product and customer service – We ordered a refurnished IPad from this seller and received the product quickly. However, the product would flip back to the opening screen frequently and wouldn’t stay in a page when in use. We did troubleshooting without success. We returned the product without any difficulty and requested a replacement. Not only was it replaced, the iPad was upgraded to iPad 5 and the product arrived less than a week later. This product works perfectly and was in perfect shape. Great, fast customer service was very much appreciated! Fast reply to emails. Thank you!

These are perfect for that. We’ve not had any issues with these four or the one I bought for myself. Their parents had no issues setting them up with all the controls etc. got them all heavy duty cases too. Anyway, these “renewed” iPads are pretty great. They come with a 90 day warranty. You really can’t lose!

Complete waste of time buying this, charging it, buying screen protector and an iPad case, wrapping it up as a gift for our sons birthday! Seeing him super excited then broken hearted. Extremely disappointed!
