Worked great for about 6 months – This iPad showed up in excellent condition both cosmetically and functionally, however after 7 months of light/normal use and being extremely well cared for, my iPad will not charge. I have troubleshooted everything I can, but to no avail. I never leave it on the charger and store it in a nice zipper case when it is not in use and now I believe I need to take it for repair when I can afford to which I imagine will cost me nearly half of what this model is worth now. Very sad.:(

Second iPad is Great. – I got an iPad and the first one was really bad, scratches cracks all over, I asked for an exchange and they were really helpful. The new one is great, couple of unnoticeable minor scratches but overall great, battery life is also good. The charger it came with was kind of bad but km using my own charger.

Difficult but not impossible – Do not order if you dont have a computer with iTunes! I had a very difficult time with this because I am a first time apple product owner. The ipad comes with a restore screen so you have to plug it into a computer with iTunes installed so you can set the ipad back to factory settings and actully set it up so you can enjoy it.
