Device looks and works great! – Everything about the devise has been great so far. The only snag was that the charger was not working. We reached out and a new on was on the way the same day!!

Looks nice! – Started up pretty well and so far has been running efficiently. Definitely looks preowned, and like something was spilled and cleaned to the best of their ability. Screen is in great condition, all of the keys and Touch ID work perfectly. Battery does not hold much of a charge longer than an hour though so that is less than ideal.

Please read before purchase!!!!!! – I was very nervous about purchasing a Refurbished MacBook on Amazon however after researching sellers. I found all out apple, they responded to my questions as I’m a college student working full time but money is still tight for me. This became the best option for me and what I desired. The battery went through almost 300 cycles but I knew upon buying I would get the battery replaced because of previous reviews. However it came packaged securely, I ended up buying a case which complements it beautifully! So far after submitting one assignment it is still working beautifully. WILL UPDATE IN A FEW MONTHS!!! It did have to be updated to the latest Monterey which did take a little bit but I didn’t mind.

Absolutely a steal!!! – Can’t believe that I’ve received an almost brand new late 2018 MacBook Air. I have been looking everywhere for a decently priced MacBook and was coming up very short. Everything I found was at least $800 or more with no guarantee that I would be getting what I paid for. I took a gamble and I’m so happy that it paid off! Not only did I receive a perfectly pristine MacBook Air that looks like it was hardly used, not one single scratch btw but it also included a legit Apple charger with the design printed on the box. I am honestly amazed this beautiful laptop is mine at a fraction of the price. Would absolutely order from this seller again! Also I never EVER write reviews, so if that means anything then take my advice if you find a Mac that looks decent then DO IT! BUY IT!

Really surprised – I am really pleasantly surprised with this laptop. It arrived significantly faster than expected; I think I ordered it on 3/16 and it arrived on 3/18. There was a little confusion between Amazon and UPS because Amazon was telling me the package was picked up but UPS was telling me it wasn’t. I contacted the seller to check if it had been picked up and they were super quick to get back to me and really nice. When the laptop arrived, it was extremely well protected and came with an off brand charger (which is fine, i never seem to have luck keeping apple brand chargers for long, they wear and tear easily). It didn’t come in the apple box, but that’s fine, i didn’t expect it to. The retina screen is so beautiful and crisp, the computer is SO light weight, the space grey is gorgeous, and it works like new. Battery life has been great for me personally, as this is for light usage. I was really pleasantly surprised with the condition of it. No dents, scratches, marks, etc. there was a bit of tarnish on the mirrored apple logo, but i just used my t-shirt to wipe it and it’s practically perfect. I am extremely happy with this. If anything happens in the coming months I’ll be sure to update but so far it’s been a fantastic experience. Now, on to buy a case to protect it!

Great used laptop – Can’t say there’s anything we don’t like about it. But it’s always confusing trying to figure out which version of the MacBook you’re getting. We actually thought we were getting the old style USB but it ended up being a little newer with the USB-C. I’d definitely buy refurbished again based on this one.
