Small Dent, But Works Perfectly – I’ve had this laptop for almost two years, and so far, I love it. It has done everything that a new Mac can do, and just as well. The best thing about it is the price, by all means. The only flaw with this computer is that it came with one of the corners dented, but that’s no big deal in my opinion, as it is not brand new. There may be a dent on the exterior, but it operates marvelously. This a great product and I would highly recommend it.

I like the option to dim – It’s important that my laptop is portable and small enough to fit in my bag, which is something that I like and I do enjoy the firm keys on the keyboard. Also the screen resolution, and the option to have my keyboard dim lit or not lit at all

keep in mind that there is a possibility you’ll have to take it to the apple store – i love the fact its working perfectly and downloads like its supposed to. What i didn’t like is the fact that i had to go to the apple product store and wait 2 hours to be seen then another 3 hours just to get my product fixed. From now on when you see refurbished or renewed make sure it is what it says. I just want to be able to save you time, money, and gas. Never again will i do this

It’s alright – It works fine, but it’s kinda slow. There’s a random issue with it trying to wake from sleep mode but it doesn’t affect the usability. I got it for school so I’m only using web browsers and office, but it’s probably not great for anything fancy. So, it’s alright.

Charger inoperative, seller won’t replace for free – Like new Lap top but the charger is inoperative. I got it to work twice. The vender was Apple and Apple support would not replace the defective charger without charging some $76 for a replacement. So dont buy from this vender. I should be used to Apple gouging by now, but they do whatever they want to do and seemingly get away with it.
