Overjoyed with my purchase, wish I ordered sooner! – This MacBook Pro is my BABY! If I was Sméagol, this would be the precious ring. I don’t go anywhere without it. The battery lasts for hours and the screen quality is amazing. I upgraded from a 2015 and I couldn’t be happier.

Item not as advertised – I received the computer very quickly, but it was not as advertised – it was advertised to be in “excellent condition” but it had scratched on the body and on the screen and a yellow stain on the bottom cover that was covered up by adhesive film. I also received a ratty charging cable and off-market charger – they work, but are not what I was expecting with a renewed computer in “excellent condition” and I would need to replace both. Rather than exchange the item and not know if I would receive a “worse” item, I asked for a partial refund roughly in the amount of a 1/7 of what I paid for the computer, but the vendor responded (also very quickly) that they were not able to issue a partial refund due to Amazon’s policies, and I had to return the item if I wanted a refund of any kind. Other than the false advertising, the computer is working fine so far – we will see if it breaks down right after the warranty expires. This is my first time purchasing a “renewed” computer ever, so I expected better. I was wrong. Because of the false advertising for the external condition of the computer, I would not recommend this vendor.

Best tech decision I’ve ever made. – First time owning a MacBook. Best tech decision I’ve ever made. Shipping time was 2 days faster than the delivery date I was given when I ordered. This was very nice because I was having buyers remorse after spending so much on a laptop but it went away as soon as I opened it up and started using it. Product was in perfect condition. Couldn’t be happier. Was tempted to give 4 stars because it didn’t come in an apple box but everything else was too good. 4 stars would have been very petty of me.

SELLER WARNING – Purchased a refurbished/renewed MacBook on March 24 2019. The Mac worked fine up until a week ago I tried to do an erase all contents and settings and when signing back into the laptop the computer was activation locked. If you don’t know what that is, it’s a security feature on apple products where the computer itself is linked to an iCloud account. This is mainly used for stolen apple products. So, I now have a Mac with an activation lock on it that’s tied to the original owners Apple ID. When I contacted the seller I was informed there was nothing they could do for me because they don’t have the previous sellers information (no, but you sold the product….) but whatever. I figured I’d get on here to tell you I that if you buy from this seller they’re not taking the proper steps to ensure the longevity of their products. I highly suggest locating another seller or unfortunately trying to buy new (I know it’s expensive), but if you buy macs from Kanga Supply, you’re only ensuring you have a useable Mac for the 90 days that Kanga guarantees the product. Such a shame. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for Apple products.

Impressive laptop – I love this laptop, it came barely scratched and basically brand new. It didn’t have many of the apps I thought would be included with the laptop. But it is really a nice upgrade from the MacBook pro 2013 that I’ve had for about 4-5yrs. I didn’t have issues starting it up, setting up my laptop and it wasn’t damaged. I will definently buy another laptop from Amazon if I have the chance. My only downfall to this laptop is that it doesn’t come with a USB-C port, you have to buy that separately and it’s just another added expense. Other than that I am very satisfied

SAVED MY LIFE – One of my second big purchases a I have bought myself. I used to have a Mac but I would just borrow it from my friend , for school. ( very nice of him) when I got this Mac , I was overall nervous about the delivery and is good condition. Long story short, this Mac helps me go through college very easily. I love it.

Good Quality – Looks New – I received this 1 day early. I plugged it to charge it. The screen went blank, and I could not figure out why it did that. The keyboard were lit, so it had power. I saw an online tutorial: I accidently turned the brightness to 0. Easily fixed.
