Great product – Great looking machine only a couple of cosmetic dings. Works amazing. Totally with the price I paid.

Great value but not quite 100% – The machine is near-perfect. Everything working for the most part and no physical blems. The only issue I’m having is that the T1 chip and touch ar biometric reader are not working together. I can’t add any fingerprints to sign in. Workarounds tried nothing works. I suspect that a component may have been updated and not properly synced with the machine’s T1 chip. Not a deal breaker for me since you just have to type your acct password when performing admin-level functions.

Refurbished except keyboard – Arrived 2 days earlier than expected. Everything except the keyboard seems to work great. My 13 year old Macbook Pro keyboard still works great, on this one just purchased, several keys require hard hits while other keys work fine. It is a chore typing this review. Apparently when these units are refurbished, nobody checks all of the keys, if they had, it would not pass inspection.

60/40 – Love this computer but… Item was purchased as excellent condition or near. Cut on computer. 4x keys + spacebar does not work, battery dies prematurely (<50% in 2 hrs). And in the setting it states service required. Besides that, look and speed is amaizing, but renders useless if you can't type and the battery is prematurely dying forget 6hrs of usage. Maybe 4 at best.

MacBook Pro 15″ late2016 from Amazon Refurbished – This MacBook Pro 15″ late 2016 2.9GHZ Has exceeded all my expectations! It feels, Looks, and operates like new. It has the Catalina OS installed and it is so smooth operating, that I’ll leave it there instead of up dating to Monterey. The screen is beautiful with the Retina display and the sound is awesome…no need for extra speakers. Battery life is incredible, I’ve seen other reviews were they weren’t so lucky, but this one is no problem, I can use it for easily 8 hours plus.

Broke after only 4 months, poor support – *This is an addition to the initial review below. After paying $750 for the screen repair, the hard drive completely crashed a few weeks later while I was in the middle of a project. Because this model has the hard drive soldered to the motherboard it is unrepairable. I bought the computer in October and this happened in March. $1500 plus $750 repair got me 6 months out of a machine. Lesson 1: Get the extended warranty for your laptop . Lesson 2: Don’t purchase renewed from these folks.
