Do not buy from this seller – Had this MacBook Pro for right about 90 days and it goes out. Messaged them about it said it’s over my 90s days and it’s on me. I took it to a Mac repair been there 3 weeks and they still a can’t figure it out. Do not buy from them no help you’ll spend double. Didn’t even come with a working charger.

Don’t waste your time. – The unit was refurbished, so I expected some wear and scratches. And wasn’t disappointed with the fact there was some on the outside. The screen was in perfect condition. However the keyboard is the reason I’ve sent it back, the “G” and “H” keys didn’t work properly and required a loT of pressure to maybe work, and the accent key was falling off. Customer service said that I could send it back for a refund because they didn’t have any others in stock ( Amazon said they had 8 at the time) I asked if I could just get a keyboard replacement, they said they would refund it, again not what I wanted. Then proceeded to tell me to contact Amazon customer service because they couldn’t help.

Not what described, poor effort – What was described was NO imperfections visible at “arms length”, I mean I guess that depends on your eyesight and arm length right. But I got this laptop and there was a big sticker on the top and bottom hiding scratches and gouges, and poorly placed. and the keyboard is completely worn in from someone using it like even if I put it 5 feet I can see it. in all honesty quality control here was not good and I am aware that it is reconditioned but this was not was described I feel like this is straight up a old computer they just put in a bubble bag and sent, there were finger prints all over, just poor workmanship all around.

MacBook is near perfect – MacBook was in practically new condition. Only complaint is that I didn’t get an official Apple usb-c charger and instead got a cheap knock-off. Still works though.

N key didn’t work, few scratches, dirty in between the keys. – Bought this for my girlfriend for her birthday. It had a few scratches on it and it was a little dirty in between the keys and the N key barely works. But overall it does what it’s supposed to do and she likes it. Also if you’re looking for a gaming laptop just go with a windows laptop they make literally every game impossible to play on Mac OS. If I was able to buy another one with the knowledge I knew now I would just buy a new one honestly it’s not worth paying almost 1000$ for something you don’t know the condition it’s going to be in. The quality control on the refurbishments should be better definitely.

Gran alternativa a una nueva – La máquina funciona perfectamente. El contar 16 gb de RAM le dan gran rapidez. Es súper liviana, tanto como una MacBook Air del 2015. La vengo usando un mes y me siento satisfecho con la compra. La máquina me vino con un raspón visible en uno de los lados. Asumo que fue un descuido del anterior dueño, pero no invalida el aspecto general, ni su funcionamiento. Mi único contra es que la batería llego con 830 ciclos, yo esperaba que llegara con alrededor de 500 ciclos. El uso que le doy es para procesadores de texto y hojas de cálculo, Atlas Ti y fotografía amateur
