System “rebooted” all the time. Not usable – This items came in before it was expected to arrive. The item was packed very well and the unit was in like “New” condition. However, upon upgrading the MacOS, it gave errors and once it finally took the laptop would “reboot” repeatedly with no reason. Tried to resolve with Amaxon tech and Apple tech, they could not resolve this problem so I had to return it.

worth the money spent – I have only had this Mac approx 2 weeks ,arrived quickly , looks and performs like new , EXCEPT for the battery , last about 1/2 time that was stated , would have liked the charger to have a cord but still a good deal , I would recommend .

worth the money spent – I have only had this Mac approx 2 weeks ,arrived quickly , looks and performs like new , EXCEPT for the battery , last about 1/2 time that was stated , would have liked the charger to have a cord but still a good deal , I would recommend .

Should have got a new one instead of renewed. – It works fairly well at first but I quickly realized some issues. The sound on any song, video, movie skips frequently. I looked up how to fix it and saw that I had to reset the PRAM. Nothing has changed even after I reset it several times. Also when I try to use my audio interface in Logic Pro X it works for a while and then tells me that the sample rate cannot be synced. I looked up how to fix that and it only fixes it for a short time and eventually has to be done again. Also the usb ports have trouble recognizing when my interface is plugged in. I have had this for less than a month and have experienced many more problems than I imagined. A new one would have been much better.

Retina MPB is bar none the best hardware. Mac OS is FreeBSD with a better UI and you can run Adobe – Cost half of what the original did new, and it’s every bit as flawless .. probably a lease re-spiff, battery has way less cycles than there are workdays since it was made, I’d wager it sat on the desk connected to a dock. Can run two 4k displays (not to game, but it’s a mac so not to game anyhow, nerd work it’s perfect). Will last 10 hours Normal stuff (unless you are a video editor) it’ll last 10 hours. The Retina display beats anything else and always has,

Disappointing result – Purchased to have a travel laptop for overseas assignment, but the keyboard wasn’t setup for a US Mac. I purchased Asurion warranty and they linked me with apple support, but nobody could resolve. So, I returned it. Everyone’s help was great so I give them credit and more than one star, but in the end I had to buy a new one to get it in time to travel.
