Super solid laptop – It’s a good laptop with absolutely nothing wrong with it. No serious scratches and the battery actually works extremely well & keeps a full charge that lasts for hours. A lot of these cheap Amazon laptops come with a bunk battery, but the one I got, at least, from this company is definitely legit. That’s serious points for them in my book. I would buy another laptop from them for sure.

Great appearance, subpar customer service, questionable description of what you’re really getting – I’m really happy with my first Mac book pro. Pretty easy to adapt to after being a pc user my entire life, but I’ve had iPhones and iPads since they became available and have used Mac computers as a teacher. The laptop looked brand new when I got it but the only disappointment I’ve had is the customer service. When I reached out for a concern regarding the storage capacity I wasn’t treated in a polite or helpful manner. I told the seller I wasn’t exactly looking to return the laptop but I paid for storage space of 512gb, which like others stated is actually 256gb and for whatever reason I actually only have 32gb. When I reached out and asked why I don’t have the storage capacity I thought I should have I was told to contact Apple for my questions. I know we’re all working from home right now so life isn’t exactly our “norm” but I find it a bit rude to be more or less blown off when I was seeking for help to decipher if I was doing something wrong or if I’m fact, I didn’t get what I paid for. Hoping I can get to an Apple store sooner than later to clarify my issue. So I’d give the quality of the cosmetic appearance and basic function 5 stars but based on their inferior customer service and potential deception of what I actually received vs what I paid for a 1, so that’s why I gave 3 stars.

I No Longer Yell Into The Void – When my old Apple finally left me for heaven where all good Apples go, I purchased a PC. After months of yelling, threatening and bringing down curses on this machine I gave it to my husband and bought this Apple. My bp has gone back to its normal range, and I no longer fantasize about throwing my computer off the deck. Now my husband does. This Apple is after all good Apples. It works great and is dependable. Love it.
