How to fix connectivity issue – I initially had issues, as others have mentioned, with the computer – keyboard connection. My computer would pick up the keyboard, but would not pick up me typing on it. I wrote the company (support3@arteck.com) and got the following support – which fixed the issue immediately:

Yes and No – Update: Customer service was great and reached out that my keyboard was still under warranty and they could send me another one. I hope once I get it it will work just as well as my first one. Customer service is great, I will wait and see how the new keyboard actually works.

Typing is comfortable and quiet and it stays charged up a long time! – This keyboard is very sleek and looks like it cost a lot. It types comfortably, accurately and quietly. We had it for over a year with no issues. We only charged it a handful of times and probably didn’t even need to a couple of those times! In the last month, it started doing something crazy. It wouldn’t type and random things on the computer would open. We thought someone else was in our computer at first. Then we plugged in an old, wired keyboard and things were fine. We contacted customer support. (The e-mail address was actually on the back of the keyboard!! How handy!!) Customer support was a dream! I sent a message. That night they replied. I sent another message. That night they replied. To sum it up, they have been wonderful to work with and I have a new keyboard on the way at no charge to me. It is so refreshing to find a company that will stand behind their product! Thank you, Arteck!
