Volume is far too quiet – Just got this yesterday so I can’t speak on much– but the volume capabilities of the built in speakers are so low that I completely regret my purchase. I ordered it as a replacement for my asus chromebook c213s, which I adored in every single way until I spilled a large amount of water on it.

Good all round – I love the toughness and durability, great for my 5yr old online classes. However, if you will be using Zoom, the Chromecast version doesn’t have the ability to draw on screen and that was a disappointment. Also, there is no stylus. Furthermore, I find that its ability to maintain a strong wifi connection was not as good as my other devices.

Not as durable as my first one… – I bought a C214 with the stylus that lasted a little over a year until my son broke the screen on it. My son is very rough with electronics, so I was singing the praises and wrote a great review on that one. When I re-ordered the same Chromebook I opted for the one without the stylus since we didn’t use it, and it was much less expensive. Well, I think that is because of the lower quality of the computer. I’ve had to re-order this laptop twice in 3 months because the quality of this laptop is definitely not as high as the first model I ordered. Buy with caution, and definitely invest in the asurion protection plan. They have great customer service, and you may need it!
