    Purchase advice :

    • Warranty :

Check the duration of the warranty and also the faults and defects it covers. Is it complete or limited? and What is included in the warranty (parts, repairs or both)?

    • Shipping :

Is delivery offered? And how long does it take to get delivered (Delivery time)

    • Proof of purchase :

Does the shop give you an invoice ?

    • After-sales service :

Do they have an after-sales service to have information about the installation or operation (instructions for use). Also in case of problem, it is the seller who takes charge or you must contact the manufacturer or supplier yourself.

Issues with keyboard – Right when i received it, there were several loose/wobbly keys. Normally this wouldn’t be a dealer-breaker, but the ‘backspace’ key started making an obnoxious squeaking noise after a few presses.

    2. O. I (verified owner)

Works Great – This laptop is great, very fast and with lots of memory (I take machine learning courses and need lots of memory). The only downside is battery life for me this is not an issue since I am not a road warrior. It also has a setting that only permits charging to 80% to save battry life so leaving it plugged in is not an issue.

Incredible perforrmance – For a 14″ ultrabook of any brand to have a 12th gen i9 processor and 32GB RAM, 1TB M.2, and a 2.8k OLED display is incredible. This thing is lightning fast! Cool features like number pad built into the touch pad, full aluminum case, and a fun little customizable display on the lid take it over the top. I love it! Only thing i will warn you on is the battery life. As you can imagine, you will not be powering all that up in a tiny laptop and get good battery life. 4 hours is the max you’ll get so if you need long life, find an i5 machine with a standard display. This one won’t be good for you.

all things in this device is so nice – Must extend warranty international at lest 2 year more is more safe to this device

    5. O. R (verified owner)

12th Gen Intel issues – Amazing craftsmanship put into this laptop, but plagued by the quirks of intel 12th Gen. It will be condemned to poor battery life of around 4 hours until Intel updates their own drivers and firmware to fix the issue. Nothing wrong with laptop and ASUS chose quality components. You have to accept it’s a bit overpriced because of the niche market that would appreciate this laptop for a celebration of their history and space flight.

Sooo close…great laptop crippled by poor battery life (developer + linux perspective) – Where to start? Has to be the design because if you’re buying the laptop, the design is the biggest part. It’s very good and an attention getter. Design standouts include etched space edition branding (simulating external paneling on a space station), an OLED external display with an astronaut screensaver (among a few limited others), and a subtle darker(ish) titanium color evoking most premium laptops since the Apple Powerbook G4 (damn I miss that one). DId I mention how much of an attention-getter the external display is? Not quite on the level of wearing Google Glass but on the same spectrum.

Slick Hardware – This is a nice laptop, but for some reason it seems to have little hickups that causes delays opening certain programs. Not sure if a software or hardware issue, but it is mildly annoying considering how expensive it was.

Two Thousand Dollar Piece of Trash – This laptop is so totally not worth this much. It ended up just being a gimmick more than the “force-to be-reckoned-with” they made it out to be. Poor battery life, if you plug it in it heats up…a lot. Freezing and crashing way more often than any other laptop I’ve owned. I expected this to be a powerhouse with the specs it’s got but it can’t handle some Google tabs, notepad, vscode, and VirtualBox in one sitting apparently. Truly pathetic. If you’re gonna spend this much money, go for a gaming laptop or just something better than this.
