Works Well – I’ve been using this computer for about a week now and have not had any problems with it or the operating system. It is much faster than the previous i3 intel I was using and so far windows 11 has been an improvement over windows 10. I had to change to this computer because I started using a 4K monitor and my previous computer was not able to play 4K video without issues. This i5 intel is enough to do this without issue. I added a 1tb hard drive and did have some difficulty finding out how to get windows 11 to recognize it. This computer cost less than the one I bought in 2018 and considering inflation, it was much less.

Had to wait hours for it to unfreeze and then it put me behind on my job. Twice in one week. Returning. Not a good product and I should have read the reviews.

Awesome for a work pc – My work only had junk refurbished dells that can’t keep up with workload. Nowadays you want at least 16GB Ram and at 4 core cpu that’s like 2.5 the lowest. Most offices are out of date. This bad boy is a small little thing so it doesn’t take up much space and it’s very quiet which impressive. I highly reccomend this esp for a work environment

This is amazing! – So far this is great. I had to use an adapter to use an older monitor but a wireless keyboard and mouse turned into a fast and powerful mini desktop. I added a surplus 500G hdd and it does every thing automatically. Windows 11 is working well too. All in all it is quiet a rig for the money especially if you have spare periferrals around. I’m not a gamer, not needed any tech support and too deaf to hear the fan. So far it runs cool and sound “card” sounds fine on phones. D
