Lasted 7 me months then died -dead short – I bought this June 4, 2921 and it died January 2020 with a dead short. Contacted support-pc@bee-link.com and they told me to push reset button; this didn’t fix it. Power brick is not the issue because I tried another power brick with no luck. Removed RAM and SSD, but it still shorts out blurle light on power brick and will not power on. No additional word/help from support.

after two months, trouble with onboard audio, USB – I was pleased with this micro PC at first, as it was a great upgrade compared to our last micro PC. However, the onboard audio output started fritzing out on me. And then the USB ports starting going on the fritz. I am fairly skilled with computers and debugging but didn’t expect to have to be debugging these issues…it makes me think that I got a defective unit… :-/

Great little PC! – This product is pretty cool. It’s tiny, packed with ports, and I used the enclosed bracket to attach it to the VESA mount on my monitor so it’s out of sight. I got the 16GB RAM/512GB SSD model. Works great – I’m running ESXi on it at home for lab virtualization. My only comment is that sometimes when the fan kicks in you can hear it, but for the most part, I’d probably get another one of these.
