The package came destroyed – The package came like this due to poor packaging. The ink was not even in the box. Luckily the ink is still sealed and hopefully it works. I really need the ink or else it would have gone back. I was not even going to write a review but reached out to customer service and no response. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the ink is still sealed. I buy this ink all the time and had no problems til now.

Auto both side printing – The seller was great and got me the product even faster than expected. As for the product, you are not actually able to print the number of copies it claims you will be able to print with these cartridges. In fact it is a significant smaller number.

Nothing Special – It is ink for a printer. It costs too much. I doesn’t last long enough. Because it uses 4 cartridges, it seems like it is always time to put in one new cartridge or another – and that there is always one cartridge that lasts longer than the others, so over time you’ve got three more cyan cartridges than you need.
