The praise for the display quality is valid – The display quality is great. This is not only opinion, I took some measurements. The contrast ratio is over 1800:1! Most consumer tier computer monitors strive to get 1000:1, and cheap laptops are usually worse, (I have one about 580:1). The sRGB gamut coverage measured about 96%, which is close enough for your eyes to accept as full. This display is objectively excellent for LCD and is absolutely unbelievable for a laptop of this price.

Great computer for remote work. Love the 2k resolution!!! – This laptop is exactly what I wanted. The resolution is perfect to do rdp. The battery last a nice long 5-6 hours of use. I love to charge it with my type c. I really was hesitant with the brand but now I think they made the best computer at a super competitive price.

HAS NO COOLING FAN – Works well but not fast . used it to look up info and browse internet. Has no cooling fan and can get warm . Battery charger is small in size but does charge fast. Over all it work for me .

It’s good for regular office work and the occasional movie/show you watch. – I returned this laptop because I didn’t need it anymore. But assuming I didn’t need something else I would have kept it just because it’s a great portable computer that’s good at the basic tasks I use it for. Basic office tasks using word processors and such, along with browsing the web, and watching YouTube videos/ my show or movie of the month.

LOVING – I’m loving this pc. It’s user friendly and I’m a difficult user. I am not automatically pc savvy. It’s quick. It responds quickly. It does the same thing in the same way as the 800.00 version I bought previously which crapped out after two years. Instructions are in broken English but still understandable. The phone given for support is not valid and that is a problem. I had to rely on Amazon to explain how to get the backlit keyboard to light up and that took three calls and long waiting times but eventually I found a tech support rep who knew in a second what to do. No problem. I just wish the Chuwi company would have a tech support I can count on. That might be the only reason I would return the pc.

Updated- Good support and good value, can get NMVe to be recognized. – Updated 2022/08/30: Checked with support, I was told that the M.2 slot 0 is both NVMe and SATA and the M.2 slot 1 is only SATA. I took a disk copy from the original M.2 slot STAT drive to a new NVMe drive. It would not recognize the drive and BIOS show no NVMe device. While the NVMe boots up in my Dell Precision 7510 no problem. Took a star away, I wish I could have got it working but it just seemed that the PCIe could not read the drive nor can it be set as a boot device (if it can’t see it, it can’t boot).
