Clean service – First one I ordered was DOA, ordered a second and returned the doa one without issue. Reasonable product and good service.

A very good value – I needed a PC primarily to run Zwift with my Saris H3 bike smart trainer, with plans to use a 42″ Samsung LED TV as the monitor. I had hardwired the location in my basement with Cat 5e plugged into a router. The PC will be sitting idle most of the time, so a refurbished Dell seemed like a great choice. The H3 and Zwift use ANT+ for wireless communications. I already had a USB extension cable with the ANT+ dongle plugged into it. The PC came right up in Windows 10 as advertised, recognized the wired network and the ANT+ device. Loaded Zwift and everything works great. The only issue was that the case was loose when I took it out of the box – tightening the screw resolved that. So far so good…

Wow! This micro PC was in like new condition and works perfectly. – I don’t write a lot of reviews but was super impressed with this PC so I needed to say so. I replaced a 7 year old Celeron micro PC which was molasses slow. This unit has a snappy processor, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, HDMI output and wi-fi that performs well. The unit is in like new condition and runs Windows 10 really well (won’t run Win 11 due to only a 7th Gen processor — Win 11 requires an 8th Gen or newer). Have really enjoyed using this unit with my entertainment center sound system and 4K TV. Super pleased!

Works Great – I’ve been using this as a Home Media Server. I attached this to the Router and after a week its been running just great. I have not had any lag or buffering at all. Pretty powerful little guy. Might pick up another one soon.

Even smaller in person, but in a good way – I like how this mini computer is smaller than a cable receiver yet connected to my TV’s HDMI and my usb cordless mouse and keyboard I can do occasional home office tasks on my lift top coffee table without leaving my couch.

Bought 15, 3 had minor damage, all 15 had defective power adapters. – I bought 15 of these for my workplace as it wasn’t quite in the budget to buy new. The machines came as advertised, or at least as I expected them. Three had some damage to the connector for the wireless antenna. I could probably work it a bit to get them on anyway, but these are all using wired connections in my environment anyway. Some have noticeable fan noise, but some of the new models have this when you get in the micro form factor. The only truly disappointing thing about this purchase is the fact that every single one of them shipped with a defective power adapter.
