Not touch screen as advertised but still a decent Chromebook. – At arrived with minor scratches and blemishes, but started right up. It is very user friendly and works just fine for me. I was a little disappointed that it was not touch screen, but overall I am satisfied with my purchase. The charger works well and it keeps it’s charge for a good amount of time. I think it is a good value for your money.

Charger or charge port DOA on arrival – Unit did turn on with about 3% battery life. Plugged in charger and got nothing. Outlet is working fine. Will update once I hear back from seller.

Good quality for the money – I would buy from this seller again. This is a refurbished chromebook and the only aesthetic thing that takes away from it is there are scratches all around the lens, which I find odd. Makes you wonder what the previous owner was doing. Other than that I have had no problems with it and like it.

Works in good condition – Only issue is can only use in guest mode it won’t let me set up download save anything of that nature anyone can log in no password nothing I contacted support listed they stated google issue but I power washed it which is factory reset and nothing it only says create for myself or child then says no connection but full Wi-Fi connection on guest so it stated it would be factory reset and usable and it’s not other than that minor scratch on screen but 1-10 on condition 8 but I can’t create owners account or link my accounts so it’s useless to me if I can’t save or download anything I can only search internet and I’m limited as I’m in guest mode There’s no option to contact seller So this is my 2nd message I’ve sent through nothing yet
