      It’s okay but not totally content – There’s more cosmetically wrong then I anticipated. The min thing that has me upset and not satisfied with this pc is the fact it’s not upgradable to windows 11. I just assumed getting a refurbished business pc it would atleast be able to upgrade to the newest windows that’s out when I ordered it. Another situation I had was a few of my files were corrupted and needed attention before I was able to get the system set up and running smoothly. Didn’t contact technical support though. I fixed them on my own.

      Dell Desktop Computer with Dell OptiPlex 790 (Renewed) Has been an excellent choice for me. – What I liked most is the quality. This system has not given me one problem since I purchased it in January, 2022. It came with everything I needed. I did purchase a Webcam to give me Zoom capabilities.

      Pretty good for price – I really liked this set up and was super excited to receive my package. The monitors work great some small scratches, but nothing noticeable. The tower boots great tons of USBs, however the reason I gave 3 stars is because whenever I use any of the front side top usbs it does something to the hard drive or power source and makes it freeze up or restart. As long as I don’t touch those ports seems fine. I’ve only had the unit less than 24 hours, but that is all I notice. This is strictly a work computer where I boot into a virtual environment so I don’t know about gaming or anything with it, but it runs very smooth.

      Very pleased – This system was purchased solely for work. I was a little nervous after reading through all of the reviews, but ended up very pleased. The system came in 1 box on the promised delivery date. There were a few minor cosmetic flaws on the CPU, but it is working perfectly. The monitors were also perfectly matched – same manufacturer and model number. Everything was well packed with the exception of the CPU on which the foam forms on top were broken, but it was being held firmly in place by the forms on the bottom. I was a little disappointed that it didn’t come with set-up directions due to never having set up a computer with dual monitors before, but it was fairly simple. The supplied power cords are somewhat short. I will eventually order longer ones, but the shorter ones will work for now. As far as the mouse and keyboard, I didn’t even take them out of their boxes so can’t attest to the quality. I’m using the same wireless set that I had been using for my laptop. It did come with the USB plug in for blue tooth, but the only thing it is being used for is the printer as my work requires that I be directly plugged in to the router. I did purchase the 2-year extended warranty just in case there were problems down the road. Overall, very happy with my purchase and would definitely purchase from this company again.
