– After just a couple of months and several recharge, battery is dead. Recharge only lasts less than 30 minutes. It has to be constantly plugged in now. Wondering if battery can be replaced by seller, maybe by then I can change my rating?

Powerful hardware horrible software – Ok so this is a powerful gaming laptop but it’s a challenge to get it running stable I’ve been working and fixing computers for 20 years now and it took me a weeks worth of work playing with windows and drivers and thermal paste swap and new ram and better SSD amd it took alot of work and time and dells customer service is worthless … the only reason I even bought it is cus I got it on sale for 670 bucks and now it works great for 1080p 100 plus frames in medium settings on every game I have thrown at it … after all the work and upgrades and installing windows 10 pro clean install.
