No Webcam!!! – I purchased this laptop as a gift for my son, since we knew he would need it this fall due to distant learning on campus. This laptop came with NO Webcam! Then the review asked me to rate the Camera quality, Wow! This is not a good customer experience!

Great Computer! – Going off of the actual renewed PC (not the Laptop) Its great! For the cheap price and the good build quality I think its worth the money. The Mouse and keyboard that come with it are solid (The mouse is a little janky). Lets just say its a good purchase. (Just beware the mouse)

When they arrived I had a few issues at first but the seller called me within minutes, yes minutes of emailing him. He promptly helped me fix the problem and Mailed me a new Battery. I was very nervous to buy renewed computers online but needed something affordable for my kids. These machines have been great. They seem much more durable and are certainly more capable than a chrome book for about the same price. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this seller. They could not have been any better to work with.
